I used the pickling spice packet included. This is an easy cook with professional results. I paired with homemade potato salad, homemade rye bread, and homemade mustard! …. And of course, a cold beer!
1 Large Brined Corned Beef
Sous Vide Machine
Season and Vacuum Meat. Set in Sous Vide for 48hrs at a temp of 135 degrees.
Transfer to the fridge until read to eat. I like to cool mine overnight. Then I heat an oven to 425 degrees and roast light covered till hot and slightly brown. Sliced across the grain and enjoy. Check out the video:
