Low Calorie Recipe – 236 Calories

  • Sous Vide Lobster Tail (4.5oz) 126 Calories 
  • Can Tomatoes can (14oz)  70
  • Diced 1/2 Cup Tomato (10oz) 50
  • 1 Teaspoon Tomato Paste (5 Calories)
  • 1 Clove Garlic Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Grated
  • Pinch Cayenne or Red Pepper Flakes 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth 
  • 4 Leaves Basil Chiffonade for garnish and flavor 
  • 1/4 Lemon to flavor and garnish

You can either use lobster tail or prepared lobster meat.  Stick a skewer in to prevent curing.  Sauté onion, garlic, whole shells, in non stick pan add canned tomato and cook down, add chicken broth, Vinegar, salt, pepper, cayenne.  Remove shells….  Let cool and blend.  Set Aside.  Serve in a bowl with sliced lobster tail, fresh diced tomato and lemon wedge.  Garnish with basil.
