St. Patrick’s Day Sous Vide Corned Beef

Step up your game this St. Patrick’s Day!!!  Cooking sous vide creates a juicy, tender corned beef like you have never had before. I’ve cooked many corned beefs over the years, and this is by far the best yet!  I went a little overboard and cooked three of them! I bought 3 really nice pre-brined at Costco!  I was extremely happy with the quality!  

I used the pickling spice packet included. This is an easy cook with professional results. I paired with homemade potato salad, homemade rye bread, and homemade mustard! …. And of course, a cold beer!

Ingredients & Supplies :

1 Large Brined Corned Beef

Sous Vide Machine 

Cooking Vessel

Season and Vacuum Meat. Set in Sous Vide for 48hrs at a temp of 135 degrees.  

Transfer to the fridge until read to eat.  I like to cool mine overnight.  Then I heat an oven to 425 degrees and roast light covered till hot and slightly brown.  Sliced across the grain and enjoy.  Check out the video.
